• クレジット表記や利用報告は必須ではありません。可能な場合は作曲者名「みなづち」または「minaduchi」の記載をお願いします。
• 著作権は「みなづち」に帰属します。音楽の二次配布や再販売は禁止します。
• 音楽をJASRACなど著作権管理団体に登録することを禁止します。
• YouTubeのContent IDに登録することを禁止します。
• 音楽配信サービス（Spotify、Apple Musicなど）への登録は禁止します。
• 作曲者を偽ることは禁止します。
• 本音楽を違法または公序良俗に反する目的で使用することを禁じます。

• 当サイトの音楽コンテンツによって生じた損害等のいかなるトラブルについても、当サイトは一切の責任を負いかねます。
